EmpFinesse™ Core Platform is the foundation of all other features and functions . This platform offers platform capabilities on Azure PaaS on which, all EmpFinesse™ components all other applications or apps are built.
This platform constructs an architecture where any number of artifically intelligent brain from any technical platform can be loaded dynamically directly by Power Users. The brain ecosystem runs in a competitive manner driven by a rule based scoring. A virtual assistant infrastructure enables BOT from any technology base to be added dynamically. This platform comes with several popular features of a typical virtual assistant as well as brain level capabilities like multi-channel (web, skype, slack, facebook messenger, skype for business, teams, cortana etc.), multi-lingual (auto detect and resource based), caching, feedback management, auditing, multi-mode (text and voice), data-classification, auth protection, re-learning cycle, persona based conversation and several others.
This platform also guides backend integration through orchestration channeling through API Gateway supporting both static and dynamic recipe.
