Demo Scope

Customer wanted to automate their internal business process flows which generally cut across multiple native backend systems. Cross boundary transactions being a challenge always, there used to be good amount of human intervention in all such process flows. A dynamic recipe based system was an ask to address this challenge towards automating the entire thing. Customer also wanted the information or data from these processes to be delivered to users through a common intelligent interface which can understand natural language from end users and convert into machine language before processing it. Hence virtual assistant interface with inherent artifical intelligence was also involved in the overall process.
